Overnight we suffered a hardware failure on one of our servers.
Our team has been working since 4:30 am this morning to identify and resolve the problems.
It could be another 24 hours before a replacement part is delivered and our systems restored and our reporting can re-commence on Wednesday morning. https://comet.acaint.com.au/ is also unreachable.
Please be aware this is not affecting our internal systems, our operational processes or our preparation and lodgement of customs entries. It is limited to our customer reporting system, our customer interfaces and Comet.
