Port of Auckland Advises of Resource and Capacity Pressure in Coming Week

Port of Auckland has advised that the current volatility of vessel schedules due to weather and delays at other ports is impacting their container terminal operations.

Vessel - Jackson Bay Voy 307 (ANZEX/CNS) ETA has moved to 26th July.  She is yet to be cleared by MPI to enter New Zealand waters so this ETA might change again.  We will closely monitor arrival times and let you know when confirmed.

Vessel - ANL Emora Voy. 2019 (ANL TTS) ETA has been confirmed on 28th July.

The upcoming weekend and next week will be extremely challenging. Given the back-to-back demand on the berth for the next 10 days with some services running late, as well as large vessel exchanges, the Terminal will be under resource and capacity pressures throughout next week. Expect delays to truck turn times and limitations in our ability to provide any additional VBS slots.

ACA will closely monitor and manage containers through the Port of Auckland through this time.  There may be delays in delivery due to the mentioned reasons.

If you have any questions, please contact your Sales or Customer service representative.
