Airfreight Terminal Processing Delay update

Dear Client

There is still significant backlog in Qantas and Toll Dnata terminals. In the case of Qantas it relates to the roll out of their new system and resource deficit and in Toll Dnata it is a resource deficit.

Loose cargo in particular is backlog and the terminal operators have set up teams to focus identifying and releasing freight

There are significant queues to pick up freight with our recovery teams spending over 10 hours each day to recover only a limited number of lines of freight

The backlogs around Australia in the above terminals have been between 2 to 5 plus days.  We are working hard to get access but there will be problems in QANTAS for the next 2 to 3 weeks.

Air Menzies terminal is operating relatively efficiently and Singapore Airlines has diverted ground handling into Air Menzies until there is improvement efficiency through Qantas and Toll Dnata
