DP CYBER ATTACK INCIDENT

Dear Client

As per media reports over the weekend, DP World has identified a first reported outage on Fridy 10th November was the result of  a cyber-attack. DP World has ceased all landside operations , however, continues load/unload operations to vessels.

The cessation of landside operations means that they will not receive containers for exports or deliver import containers .  The indications are that operations will be interrupted for a number of days , however its not exactly clear when all operations can return to normal.

There will be delays to export shipments and the delivery to site of import containers landed over the last week and arriving this this week.  Our Export and Transport teams are closely monitoring the situation with our trucking companies, the terminals and shipping lines and as usual will be doing everything they can to reduce delays.  They will be able to highlight impacted vessels and  we will continue to update as more information comes to hand.

Please find the below release from DP World Australia
