International freight movement is the cornerstone of ACA's business
ACA has deployed a range of programmes used to ensure your cargo is handled quickly, efficiently and accurately whether it moves by sea or air. Some of these include:
US Importer Security Filing
Electronic filing of the required forms to meet US CBP Importer Security Filing regulations
New Zealand eBACCA
Integrated electronic filing and approval for Biosecurity Authority Clearance Certificate (BACC).
Australia AQIS ExDocs
Certified export documentation system allows an exporter to electronically apply to Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) for export permits, health certificates, certificates as to condition and phytosanitary certificates to enable export.
Cargo 2000 Phase 1
Integration with airline carriers to comply with Cargo 2000 Phase 1 requirements. Supported messages include FWB, FHL, FSU, FMS and FNA.
Airline Schedules
Up-to-date global flight enquiries and optimization for all major cargo and passenger airline carriers using online data provided.
Seafreight
FCL - 'Volume Negotiations'
With the combined total container work of all ACA offices nationally, we are able to negotiate with the shipping lines on volume. This means we pass on our volume rebates to our clients in the form of rate reductions.
ACA has a major profile with all of the international shipping lines servicing Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and China.
LCL - 'Security through ACA's own consolidations'
Through our international network of agents we consolidate LCL cargoes in our own console containers from 165 cities in the following areas: North America, Europe and UK, Mediterranean, Indian Subcontinent, China and the Far East, South East Asia and New Zealand.
Through our own consolidations our clients have 'peace of mind' knowing that their cargo is in our total control all the way.
Airfreight
Whilst specialising in the seafreight arena our company has established a reputation for 'delivering the goods'.
In searching for the same peace of mind and personal attention to their airfreight needs our clients repeatedly asked ACA to handle their airfreight consignments. In the same dedication to fulfilling our clients needs we established our airfreight division in 1993.
We are now able to offer our clients a fully integrated airfreight network and operation that can provide the following:
IATA Accreditation
Strict pre-requisites of IATA mean that only accredited agents can issue airline paperwork direct in the form of Master Airway Bills. This allows ACA the opportunity of immediate acceptance of cargo phone bookings during peak periods and gain preferential rate structures which we can pass on to our clients.
Airfreight Bonded Warehouse Facilities
This means ACA can build their own export consolidations and de-stuff our own import ULD consoles. In addition, it enables us to lodge and receive cargo direct at the airport avoiding import queues and delays
